All orders placed after NOON EST will be shipped the following business day.
All returns must be authorized by phone, (248) 731-7849 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item are FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns, including but not limited to: hats, jewelry, bags and eyewear. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. REVIVE reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
